  280. I searched the database, found my periodical and can now purchase the article.
  281. The UnCover2 system is limited by the number of journals
  282. provided by the participating libraries, the number of years covered, and the
  283. permission of the publisher to distribute the articles.  Unlike other databases
  284. we will look UnCover2 is not limited by subject, that is, searching by subject
  285. has a shot gun effect--covering many journals in many disciplines.
  286.  
  287. Word searching is available, and it acts like a subject search.  There is a
  288. quick search method that you would need to learn if you use the system on a
  289. regular bases.
  290.  
  291. Give CARL a try!  We have the password for several weeks, and document delivery
  292. services via the Internet--such as CARL--is a up and coming service that will
  293. be provided by libraries for the academic and research community.  I'd like
  294. especially for faculty and individuals in the private sector who are taking
  295. this workshop to give this service a try.
